How does it work?
Guests are grouped into households or parties. In the same way that you might send one paper wedding invitation to one address. Everyone within the same household logs into the same invitation.
What if only some from the same household can come?
If one or more members of the same invitation can’t make it they can still decline the invitation. Anyone who can make it, can complete their invitation as normal.
How do I add a guest to my RSVP manager?
To add a guest, first log in to your Crafted Invite account. Don’t have an account? You can create one for free.
- Next, head over to Guests.
- Click “Add Guests”.
- At a minimum, enter the name of your first guest.
- If you need to add a second guest in the same household, click “Add additional guest”.
- If the household has any children, add their child’s name and click “This guest is a child”.
- For better guest you management you can add a phone number, email address and address – but you don’t have to.
- Click “Save”, and repeat these steps to add any more guests.
