It’s really simple:
- Locate the guest’s party in your Guest Area and take note of their unique 4-digit code.
- Click on Website Portal and enter the code. You’ll now be logged in as though you are the guest.
- Select their attendance status (attending or not), choose their meal options, and enter any dietary requirements.
- Once confirmed, you’ll receive an email confirmation as though the guest completed the RSVP themselves.
Can I edit responses?
Yes! To update a response, simply follow the steps outlined above. You can modify their attendance, meal choices, or dietary requirements as needed.
How do I extract this data?
Exporting guest data is straightforward:
- Navigate to the Guest Management area.
- Click on Export to download a CSV spreadsheet containing all your wedding RSVP data.
- Open the file using programs like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. You can then make edits, such as removing or adding columns.
Once finalized, you can share this spreadsheet with your wedding coordinator to streamline planning.
